Honor guards aboard the U.S.S. Kitty Hawk aircraft carrier parade the colors during a remembrance ceremony for U.S. Navy Lieutenant Thomas Mullen Adams April 10, 2003. Lieutenant Adams, 27, who was flying for the Royal Navy under a Personnel Exchange Program with the U.S. Navy, died in a crash of two British helicopters operating in the Arabian Gulf in support of Operation 'Iraqi Freedom' late on March 22, 2003.
