USS Liberty

USS Liberty link

During the Six Day War in 1967 between Israel and the Arab States, the American intelligence ship USS Liberty was attacked for 75 minutes in international waters by Israeli aircraft and motor torpedo boats. Thirty-four American men died and 171 were wounded.  The cover up of the Israeli attack on the US Navy ship... Why did it happen?  Read the crew's website at http://ussliberty.org    Israel wanted to blind the US President so it could attack Syria AFTER Syria had surrendered/ceased fire.  The intelligence ship USS Liberty would have informed the US President that the Israelis were invading the Golan Heights after the war was over.  Why has the United States government turned its back on our brave shipmates?  Buy the video tape investigation by the History Channel.  History Channel Store
